Emak Group finalizes the closing of the acquisition of the Lavorwash Group

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 03/07/2017 – Emak Group announces that the controlled company Comet S.p.A. finalized the closing of the acquisition of the 83.1% of the Lavorwash Group headquartered in Pegognaga (MN), active in the design, production and marketing of a wide range of both hobby and professional machines for the cleaning sector, in accordance with the economic terms declared in the press release dated May 10, 2017 when the preliminary agreement was signed.
