(MTA, STAR) announces that today has completed the closing of the purchase of 30% of Cifarelli S.p.A., based in Voghera (PV), a company active in the production and marketing of professional machines for agriculture and gardening such as mistblowers, olive shakers, blowers, according to the economic terms previously announced in the press release issued on August 1, 2016.
