EMAK S.p.A.: SHAREHOLDERS’MEETING CALLED FOR THE DAY APRIL 22, 2016
PRESENTATION OF LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOEAR OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Bagnolo in Piano (RE), March 29, 2016 - Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR), pursuant to the provisions of art. 144-octies, second paragraph, of Consob Issuers' Regulations. 11971 dated 14/5/99, announces that on 29/03/2016, the deadline for the submission of lists of candidates for the Board of Statutory Auditors, has been filed only a list by the major shareholders Yama SpA.
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 144-sexies of the Issuers Regulation, cit., and art. 19 of the Articles of Association, the minimum percentage threshold of share capital required for the presentation of minority shareholders is therefore reduced to 1.25% of the share capital and the deadline for submission of the lists is set at April 1, 2016, at 18.00.
Please note that for the validity of the presentation, each Proponent shall file at Emak, together with the list, the documentation required by current regulations and Articles of Association, including the declaration of absence of any connection with Yama S.p.A. and certification required proving the ownership of the shares held.

The lists all submitted candidate lists, with supporting documentation, will be made available to the public at the registered office, on the website of www.emak.it, Investor Relations > Documentazione Societaria > Documentazione Assembleare > Assemblea 2016 as well as at the “eMarket Storage” authorized storage mechanism, consultable at the website, www.emarketstorage.com, by 1 April 2016.
