Emak finalizes the closing of the sale of Raico S.r.l. to Kramp

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 30 March 2018 – Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR), parent company of one of world major groups working in the sectors of outdoor power equipment, pumps and water jetting, and of the related components and accessories, announces that the closing for the sale of 100% of the share capital of Raico S.r.l. to Kramp S.r.l. has been completed, according to the economic terms already announced in the press release of March 6, 2018 on the occasion of the signing of the contract.
